What is the standard shipping timeframe for home decor orders?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Do you offer international shipping for your furniture and accessories?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations in the near future.
What is your return policy for items that don't fit my space?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition and packaging. Please note that custom furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Are your products sustainably sourced?
At &Keep, we prioritize ethical craftsmanship. Many of our home goods are made from recycled materials or sustainably harvested wood, and we partner with artisans who follow fair trade practices.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is damaged during transit, contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
